Billfire Goes on the Road
From June, 2009 through March, 2010, Billfire has done 22 road shows, with a goal of educating and motivating marketing associates (MA's) with the win-win Account Center solution. These local visits also afford us the opportunity to personally meet the leadership teams of many of our partners. With many more road shows scheduled in the coming months, we look forward to sharing more about Account Center, from the growing number of success stories to some of the best-practices we have learned along the way. We always have an open ear to feedback, both positive and negative, and suggestions for adding further value for our customers.
Complimenting our road show presence, we have also attended 7 food shows across the country. The food show venue allows us to talk directly with the full spectrum of food industry customers. We walk customers through initial login to their accounts, gather face-to-face feedback on Account Center, and learn more about what customers would like in the future. And MA's get more of a &qt;hands-on&qt; feel for the simplicity, functionality, and user-friendly nature of Account by sitting side-by-side their customers through login.
